Built in 1929 by the famed Westinghouse family this historic estate has gone through a several owners including its most famous owners, the Gabor sisters/actresses (matriarch Jolie, and sisters Zsa Zsa, Eva, and Magda). The property was the site of America's first day spa for women which the Gabor family ran from the mid 1950's to 1970's.
The main house is approximately 15,000 sq. ft covering 3 floors plus expansive basement. The separate Carriage house has a 3 car garage and 1800 sq. ft living quarters. A third building serves as a 3 car garage and pool maintenance house. The original pool from the 1950’s is still standing - though needs quite a bit of refurbishing. A 4000 sq. ft modern barn is currently used for livestock. This entire estate is spread over 14 acres and is only a mile away from the center of Goshen, NY - which is the county seat and the location of the oldest operating horse race track in America.
Now several decades of being used as a private residence, this property is being extensively renovated and is being reincarnated to a Bed and Breakfast as well as hosting a variety of Event space being owned and run by Kent Leung. With the proximity to the world famous Woodbury Common Factory Outlets, the world’s largest Legoland theme park right across the highway, West Point and of course New York City an hour away, this new destination will highlight its many offerings to tourists and visitors to the beautiful Hudson Valley area.
We are currently hosting events such as:
Birthday parties, Baby Showers, Birthday Parties
Family and Friends gatherings (with BBQ services)
Corporate Events, Fundraisers
And of course, Rehearsal Dinners and Weddings!
A limited amount of lodging rooms are available for event guests if needed.
Although we are still doing some renovations (Summer 2025) we have been offering rooms on a limited basis. The 5 available rooms range from intimate rooms featuring Queen beds to a grand king suite with prices from $200-$600 a night. For those traveling with their pets, we WELCOME well behaved dogs and cats - please inquire. On site breakfast is not available until 2026 but we have partnered up with a local restaurant providing an excellent meal as an alternative.
